DiveDeeperBlog has a blog post about VSPackage Command Handlers and proposes a way to make the code a little easier.
US ISV Developer Evangelism Team announced the release of the Visual C++ 2008 Feature Pack. New MFC components are included. For instance, Office 2007 Ribbon Bar, Visual Studio like docking functionality, user-customizable menus, and other goodness. Also includes a link to the Channel 9 video discussing the new updates to MFC.

The VSX Team has posted a video of a conversation between Ken Levy and Quan To discussing the development process for the VS SDK and upcoming releases.
Sara Ford’s Tip of the Day #191 discusses the ability to drag and drop code on to the Toolbox General tab. I saw a presenter at VSLive doing this and was stunned because I had no idea this functionality existed. This is a very cool tip.
Scott Guthrie announced the availability of a new preview of ASP.NET Dynamic Data.

VS 2008 KB: Hotfix is available. Error message when a user-defined function specifies the data source in a data-driven unit test in Visual Studio 2008 Team System: “The unit test adapter failed to connect to the data source or to read the data”
